1. Service Description
We provide online music lessons (1:1 and group) and access to prerecorded online courses via diverse membership model. Invitations for international live masterclasses, concerts or competitions will be sent to the members.
2. Membership & Payments
Students must pay via FAPI (Stripe/PayPal) to access locked learning space Booking of live lessons is done via Calendly after payment. Membership is valid for 12 weeks per period unless stated otherwise. Discounts or promotions (e.g., trial price) are temporary, non-refundable, and may be limited to new students only.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Lessons can be rescheduled via Calendly up to 24 hours in advance. No refunds for unused lessons or partial membership periods. In exceptional cases (e.g.family emergency), the accurate certificate need to be presented and situation will be under individual consideration. Holidays of the student should be informed as soon as possible at advance and the latest 24 hours before scheduled lesson then the membership can be frozen for up to one month per membership period, subject to approval by the School.
4. Teacher Availability
We aim to ensure continuous teacher availability, but cannot guarantee specific times or the same teacher during holidays or special periods. Teachers are independent workers and they schedule their time of work by their own wish. Member can benefit from other teacher or other benefits while his absence. Reworking with the same teacher is possible and to be fixed between student and teacher thanks by booking Calendly system.
5. Student Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Students agree to participate respectfully and follow instructions from teachers.
Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, device, and software.
We provide recommendations on tools and setup.
In rare cases of power cuts, internet outages, or technical disruptions affecting either students or teachers, lessons can be rescheduled at no extra charge when possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and documents remain the exclusive property of the School.
Redistribution, recording, or resale is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control, including internet failure, platform downtime, or energy blackouts.
In case of such disruptions, we will do our best to help students reschedule missed lessons.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions. Students will be notified via email or the website. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
11. Personal Data & Privacy
We process student data only to provide our services, following GDPR and Czech data protection laws.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
